SFDriven LLC TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Airport Pickup Information: By default, all airport pick-ups are curbside meet. For an additional fee, we offer a baggage claim meet-and-greet service. Curbside Meet: Please contact your chauffeur directly to arrange a specific meeting location. If you are unable to locate your chauffeur, please call 1-628-777-3542 for assistance. Baggage Claim Meet: Please meet your chauffeur at the designated baggage claim “meeting point,” where your chauffeur will be holding a name sign.

Cancellation and Modification Requirements:
Sedan/SUV
: To avoid a full charge for cancellations or changes: Sedan/SUV: National Reservations: Cancellations or changes must be made 4 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time for airport (to/from). Point-to-point rides and hourly charters – 24 hours prior. International Reservations: Changes or cancellations for international reservations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time in the country where the reservation was made. Changes cannot be guaranteed after this timeframe. SFDriven LLC is not responsible for missed, canceled, or delayed flights, or failure to comply with cancellation policies due to client-related incidents.
Van/Minibus/Bus: Cancellation and Payment Terms for Van/Minibus/Bus Rentals:  Non-Refundable Cancellation Fee: A non-refundable cancellation charge of $50 per bus order applies for all cancellations. Changes to Date: Changes to the date of service may be made without charge if notified at least 7 days before the scheduled service. Final Payment: The full payment for your total amount must be received no later than 14 days prior to the scheduled service. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 7 days of the service will incur an additional $100 charge per vehicle. Cancellations made within 48 business hours of the departure date and time will incur a charge equal to a 4-hour minimum. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged the full rate for the trip.


Additional Charges and Terms
: Waiting Time Charges: For non-airport pick-ups, a 15-minute grace period is allowed; after this period, wait time will be charged in 30-minute increments at the hourly rate of the selected vehicle. For airport pick-ups, a 45-minute grace period is allowed for international arrivals, and a 30-minute grace period for domestic arrivals (measured from the time the plane arrives at the gate). After the grace period, wait time will be charged in 30-minute increments at the hourly rate of the selected vehicle. Additional Charges: Charges may apply for waiting time, en-route stops, tolls, parking, travel time, and car seats/boosters when applicable. Pickups at or to private airports are billed at a 2-hour minimum transfer rate for sedan/SUV, and 3-hour minimum transfer rate for vans; hourly reservations are billed at a 4-hour minimum. Car seats or boosters are available for $20 fee each. An early-morning and late-night fee of 20% applies for services between 10:00 p.m. and 5:59 a.m. For hourly bookings, each hour includes 20 miles of drive. Additional miles will be charged based on the hourly rate of the selected vehicle. Payment and Liability: All deposits are non-refundable. Full payment is required prior to the assignment of a driver. SFDriven LLC is not liable for mechanical breakdowns during a charter. In the event of a breakdown, the company will only be responsible for compensating lost time at a mutually agreed date. The company is not liable for delays or cancellations due to unsafe winter road conditions (e.g., ice, snow, or accidents). The client is financially responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused during the rental by them or their party members. Fees for damage are as follows: Carpet spoilage: $100 per instance; Seat damage: $500 per seat; Sanitation fee: $500; Alcohol consumption and drug use are prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid by the client. The chauffeur reserves the right to terminate the service without refund in the event of inappropriate behavior by the client(s). It is illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is strictly prohibited in our vehicles. A $1,000 fee will apply for smoking violations. SFDriven LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Lost items may be shipped back at the owner’s expense. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond their seating capacity. By booking with SFDriven LLC, you agree to adhere to all terms and conditions outlined above.
