By default, all airport pick-ups are Curbside Meet. Baggage claim meet – additional fee

Directions:
Curbside Meet – please call your chauffeur to set up meeting point. If you cannot locate your chauffeur please call 1-628-777-3542.
Baggage Claim Meet
 – please meet your chauffeur at the baggage claim area “meeting point”. Your chauffeur will be holding a name sign. 

Cancellation Requirements to Avoid a Full Charge.
Sedan/SUV
:  National reservations: 4 hours before reserved time – airport and point-to-point rides; hourly reservations – 24 hours.  International reservations: 24 hours before reserved pickup time in the country requested.  Any international reservation changes must be made 24 hours before the reserved time in the country requested or changes cannot be guaranteed.
Van/MiniBus/Bus:  National reservations: airport, point-to-point and hourly reservations – 24 hours. 
SFDriven is not responsible for failure to comply with this policy due to client incidents, missed, canceled, or delayed flights.

Additional Charges and Terms: Waiting Time Charges: For non-airport pickups a 15-minute grace period is allowed, then wait time will be charged in 30-minute increments at the hourly rate of the vehicle requested. For the airport pickups 45-minute grace period is allowed for the international arrivals and 30 minutes for the domestic, (from the time when plane was at the gate), then wait time will be charged in 30-minute increments at the hourly rate of the vehicle requested.
Additional Charges: Waiting time, Stops En-route, Tolls, Parking, or Travel Time if applicable. Pickups at private airports are billed at a 2-hour minimum transfer rate. Car seat or booster is $20 each. Early morning and late-night fees (between 11:00 p.m. through 5:59 a.m.) are 20%

Please note, that during hourly booking every hour includes 20 miles of drive. Additional miles will be billed extra based on vehicle requested rate.

All deposits are Nonrefundable. Trip should be paid before driver is assigned. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (i.e., not salted, accidents, etc.). The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of $100.00 for each carpet spoilage. Damage or spoilage of each seat is $500.00. Sanitation fee is $500.00. Alcohol consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is not permitted in our limousines ($1000 fee). SFDriven LLC is not responsible for the left, lost, damaged or stolen items. Any lost items can be shipped only by owner’s expenses.

Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.

**Gratuities will be graciously accepted for the great service. That will be your decision. You can add it any time in any form.
